This multi-media installation aestheticizes moments of extremity, intensity, and disorder that have emerged from life on the periphery. Defaced signage, fractured objects and enigmatic remnants of public/private disasters scattered from the untimely and terrorizing underworld of encounters. Evidence #2 is a psychologically charged site; a scene approaching an act of carnage that exists as a bridge between our conception of sound art and kinetic sculpture.
My curiosity and fascination for objects and spaces we position ourselves amongst, reflects an understanding that our interactions with the world are silently and honestly revealed in the remnants, gaps and physical signs left behind.
