Under Instruction from State Trustees is an compilation of real estate photographs of deceased estates, advertised for auction online. The work currently holds 31 images, selected from a larger archive of 216 photographs. Grogan has been collecting these images since 2011, directly from the website of State Trustees. Properties for auction under the authority of State Trustees, including deceased estates, are documented by professional photographers whom adopt the standard, commercial praxis of real estate photography.
