SEVENTH GALLERY CURATES
Getting to Know You is an exhibition in which a mötley crüe of young
Melbourne artists have attempted to address as a collective, the limitations and possibilities of getting to know each other. At first glance the project may not seem to present a cohesive explication of the theme at all – the only thing the artists involved seem to have in common is membership on the board of Seventh Gallery. This has resulted in the ongoing question of whether it’s at work, with our families or with the environment, how well do we really know anyone?
