Convent studio program
RALF KEMPKEN
Ralf is the first artist to be shown through c3’s Convent studio artists program. His show will include detailed stencil works of Melbourne’s Modernist architecture and his gentle cut out 3-D screens of film stills, portraits and architecture.
His approach to the stencil is that of a printmaker. It is a method of reproduction that sits across the disciplines of photography, painting and printmaking.
