Hanna Tai uses photography, video, sculpture and sound to reveal ordinary experience as poetic and uncanny. She is concerned with how objects, bodies, images and text change in relation to basic physical properties: mass, gravity and space. Recent work explores hope and trust, the materiality of images, incidental movements of the body, and expansion and contraction.
