Every journey we make throughout our lives is unique. My artistic wanderings explore chance through process as I attempt to create art without a predetermined outcome. The appropriation of everyday objects and intervention through traditional intaglio printmaking techniques informs my mark making. I choose to leave evidence of the history of my primary materials that combine with the physicality of the printmaking process. My artistic expeditions are documented in detail as a means to share the creative process with an audience, as I believe it is important to consider how to proceed rather than how to succeed.
