JAMES EISEN
James Eisen employs distinct materials and methods to create sculptural installations using mixed and found forms. Eisen’s practice connects an accumulation of objects with experimentation, which tends towards a combination of drawing, collage, assemblage, sculpture, video and photography.
The depictions are often based from research and personal experiences of the artist. Eisen tends to leave the viewer to experience an arbitrary situation involving the natural and the un-natural.
James lives and works in Melbourne and graduated from VCA in 2009.
